Refunds & Returns

1. REFUND POLICY 

1.1 Refunds from returns will only begin processing once we have received the physical return parcel and a quality check is completed to either approve or reject the return requested. Once the processing is completed, the equivalent amount will be credited based on the  following payment method.

1.2 If the request for return parcel is approved after a quality check by GOURMETS, the delivery fee for the return parcel will be refunded together to customer based on the receipt of courier fee. Please submit a copy of the delivery receipt to us.

1.3 If the request for return parcel is rejected after a quality check by GOURMETS, the cost of return parcel will be absorbed by customer. 

 

2. CANCELLATION

2.1 All orders can be cancelled before they are fulfilled.

2.2 No Refund for cancellation once the order is fulfilled

2.3 Goods sold are not refundable and Returnable
